Executive Assistant & Sales (m/f/d)
You are a commercially and legally minded generalist who supports us as a competent, reliable force and friendly presence, helping us do our job even better:
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively support management in commercial and organizational matters.
- Work closely with the sales team, including preparing marketing materials, assisting with proposals, and coordinating sales trips and client visits.
- Represent the back office in all commercial matters.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or legal training (e.g., business school, degree in Business Administration or Law) or equivalent professional experience.
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy working with clients.
- Flexible and enthusiastic about a wide-ranging and varied set of tasks.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
